Carol Michaels is an award-winning leader in the fitness industry. She is a health and wellness expert with more than 20 years experience who inspires the best in others. She is known for her unique, creative, and fun exercise programs.

Carol received her degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She is certified by the American Council on Exercise, American College of Sports Medicine, Pilates certified, Medical Chi Gong and is a member of ACSM and IDEA.
Carol Michaels is the founder and creator of Recovery Fitness®, an exercise program designed to help cancer patients recover from surgery and treatments. The Recovery Fitness cancer exercise program has been offered in numerous locations in New Jersey and Florida, including the West Orange and Palm Beach Studios, South Palm Beach Town Hall, Mirasol, Morristown Medical Center, Berkley Heights Y, Holy Name Medical Center, and Newark Beth Israel Medical Center.
