Gyms are starting to open. Is it safe to exercise in a gym? What precautions should be taken?

If you are nervous about exercising in your gym, do not rush back especially if you have an underlying health condition., There are so many other ways to get in your physical activity.


If you choose to exercise in doors at your gym it is recommended that you wear a face mask. Most people can exercise with a mask. If one feels dizzy or light-headed decrease intensity. Those with chronic lung conditions should check with their medical professional before returning to the gym.
